2011 Infiniti M

The 2011 Infiniti M is available as two different models, the M37 and M56. The main difference between these two models is the engine. The M37 model is built with a 3.7-Liter V6 aluminum-alloy engine and seven-speed transmission with adaptive shift control. The M56 model has the same transmission but is built on a larger 5.6-Liter V8 engine. Both the M37 and M56 models come standard with rear-wheel drive but have available all-wheel drive models, the M37x AWD and M56x AWD. The all-wheel drive models come with all of the same standard interior features as the base models.
The M37 and M37x models come standard with automatic on/off HID xenon headlights, front fog lamps and power folding, heated outside mirrors with reverse tilt-down feature. Power sliding glass moonroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and UV reducing solar glass are also featured on all M37s. Keyless entry and a push button ignition as well as dual-zone automatic temperature control system, power windows with one-touch up/down, and power door locks with automatic locking feature are standard on the 2011 M37. Additional standard luxury features on the M37 include leather-trimmed seats with 10-way power driver’s and front passenger’s seat, dual occupant memory system, and heated front seats. The audio system is a 6-speaker system with AM/FM/CD and MP3 capabilities, XM® satellite radio and USB connection port.
The 2011 M56 and M56x models add to the M37 models with climate controlled front seats, heated steering wheel and an upgraded media center. The M56 audio system is a Bose® 2-channel, 10-speaker Premium Audio system with in-dash CD/DVD player, 9.3 GB hard drive, Bluetooth® phone system and navigation system with 8-inch color display, lane guidance and 3-D building graphics.
The 2011 Infiniti M earned the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety award of Top Safety pick and comes standard with a multitude of standard safety features, including dual-stage front airbags, driver and front passenger side-impact air bags, roof-mounted side curtain airbags, and active head restraints. Brake assist, 4-wheel anti-lock braking system, Vehicle Dynamic Control and a Traction Control system are all standard safety features on the 2011 M models.
